Healthy Chili-Lime Dressing is easy to make, and suits the Paleo Diet plan. Also, may fit the Raw diet if using fresh ingredients. Substitute less lime if you like less tang, and add water if you like the consistency to be lighter.
Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp honey
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
Prepare dressing by adding all of the ingredients to a bowl or jar and whisking to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
