Ingredients
  • ¼ c plus 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1.3 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • ½ c seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine 2 tbsp ketchup with Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Saute olive oil and onion on low until translucent.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. In a medium bowl mix turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, ¼ cup ketchup, salt and marjoram.
  6. Place mixture into a loaf pan or shape in a loaf and place on a baking pan.
  7. Spoon sauce over top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
