- 3 Sweet Potatoes
- 2 tsp black pepper
- ½ – 1 tsp onion salt
- ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel sweet potatoes with a hand peeler and wash with water.
- Slice potatoes into fry shapes of about the same sizes.
- Sprinkle seasonings over the potato slices and put them in the oven.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes
