Adjust the amount of fruit and ginger that you add with the kale. For this to have a bit more spicy kick, use more ginger. To be sweeter add more peach.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh kale, or spinach leaves
- 1 piece of ginger root
- 1 ripe peach or nectarine
- 1 medium sized lime wedge
Instructions
- Wash and chop the kale and fruit. Run everything through a juicer.
- Squeeze lime wedge into juice for garnish.
- Drink immediately!
