Turkey Meatloaf
Meatloaf like mom used to make – without the fat! I remember eating meatloaf at home as a kid and loved it. However, it’s usually loaded with fat and calories. Tasty, and healthy, meatloaf recipes are tough to fine. But this meatloaf recipe is sure to please. Serve this on a busy week night with garlic mashed potatoes and some vegetables for a complete meal. Contains 37 g of protein and 258 calories per serving.

Ingredients
- ¼ c plus 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ small onion, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1.3 lb 99% lean ground turkey
- ½ c seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp marjoram
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine 2 tbsp ketchup with Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Saute olive oil and onion on low until translucent.
- Remove from heat.
- In a medium bowl mix turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, ¼ cup ketchup, salt and marjoram.
- Place mixture into a loaf pan or shape in a loaf and place on a baking pan.
- Spoon sauce over top.
- Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
